By commissioning a project with Shiso Digital Studio, you enter a partnership built on clarity and mutual respect. We provide high-end web design, branding, and automation services tailored to your specific professional needs.

We believe in true digital independence.

• The Website: Upon receipt of final payment, 100% of the website’s intellectual property is transferred to you.

• The Domain: We guide you through the purchase of your own domain so that you remain the legal owner of your digital address from day one. We handle the setup; you keep the keys.

To maintain a focused and efficient studio schedule, we operate on a 50/50 payment model:

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot in our calendar.

• Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to the official site launch and transfer of ownership.

To ensure your site remains secure, fast, and healthy, all packages include a mandatory 12-month Studio Care Plan.

• Management: During this initial 12-month period, Shiso Digital Studio manages the hosting environment and technical maintenance.

• Handover: After the first year, you may choose to renew your plan or opt out. If you choose to opt out, we will facilitate a seamless transfer of the site and hosting subscription to your personal account. Your digital home is always yours to keep.

• Commencement: Monthly maintenance billing begins 30 days after the project deposit is paid, ensuring your environment is secured and managed throughout the entire build process.

• Payment: Fees are billed automatically via [Your Payment Method, e.g., Stripe/Direct Debit] on the same date each month.

• Arrears: To maintain site security and hosting, payments must remain current. A grace period of 7 days is provided, after which site access or hosting may be temporarily suspended until the balance is cleared.

To ensure the intentionality and quality of our work, project timelines are dependent on active partnership.

• Commencement: The estimated delivery period begins only once the 50% deposit is received and all requested content (copy, images, and brand assets) has been provided in full.

• Adjustments: Any delays in the delivery of required information will result in a day-for-day extension of the final launch date. We reserve the right to reschedule project phases based on current studio availability if client delays exceed 10 business days.

We believe in getting the details right. Each project includes two dedicated rounds of refinements based on your feedback.

• The Process: We present the initial design for your review; you provide a consolidated list of feedback; we implement the changes. This cycle repeats twice to ensure total alignment.

• Excess Revisions: To maintain our project schedule, additional rounds of revisions or significant changes to the original brief after design approval will be quoted as an add-on at our standard hourly rate.

Shiso Digital Studio provides professional services to the best of our ability but is not liable for business losses or third-party service interruptions. These terms are governed by the laws of Madrid, Spain.
